Let's talk delivery

  • You receive your rental on the first day of your booking. 
  • It could happen that you receive your item earlier, don't worry, this will not affect the end date of your booking.
  • All rentals are delivered by supergreen bike carriers in larger cities. Read more about our delivery service at fietskoeriers.nl 
  • We do not rent outside of The Netherlands yet. 

Return your rental; hope you made some great memories

Time to say goodbye to your favorite new outfit. Return your rental on the last day of your booking. If this is a Sunday, you may return on a Monday (to ensure shipping)

There are two ways to return your item(s)

1. Shipping

Please use the return label that we provide in your package. Stick it over the old label. Then, take your parcel to your local PostNL point. If your booking ends on a Sunday, you may return it on a Monday as we know it is sometimes hard to find a PostNL point that is open on Sundays.

2. Drop-off at our HQ

During office hours (9am-6pm) we are at Keizersgracht 442 in Amsterdam to receive the item. Outside of office hours and in weekends you can put it our mailbox - in a bag please! 
 

Late returns

It will typically take 1-2 days to ship back to our HQ. Returns that are not being send before or on the last day of your booking will be considered too late and late fee(s) of up to €50 per day will be charged to your payment method of file for each rental that is not returned on time. Any late returns that are beyond your power will not be charged.
