Let's talk rental delivery

  • You receive your rental on the first day of your booking. 
  • It could happen that you receive your item earlier, don't worry, this will not affect the end date of your booking.
  • All rentals are delivered by PostNL. Read more about our delivery service at PostNL

Return your rental; hope you made some great memories

Return your rental on the last day of your booking. If this is a Sunday, you may return on a Monday (to ensure shipping)

Please use the return label that is provided in your package. If you do not have a return label please notify the lender or us in the Whatsapp group. Stick it over the old label. Then, take your parcel to your local PostNL point. If your booking ends on a Sunday, you may return it on a Monday as we know it is sometimes hard to find a PostNL point that is open on Sundays.


Late returns

It will typically take 1-2 days to ship back to the lender. Returns that are not being send before or on the last day of your booking will be considered too late and late fee(s) of up to €50 per day will be charged to your payment method of file for each rental that is not returned on time. Any late returns that are beyond your power will not be charged.

Delivery of archive sale items

We will ship your archive sale item within 1-3 working days. Usually PostNL manages next day delivery, but this is not 100% guaranteed. Do you need your item the next day, please order before 3pm and let us know in the notes during check-out. We will send it out the same day.
