Let's talk delivery
- You receive your rental on the first day of your booking.
- All rentals are delivered by supergreen bike carriers in larger cities. Read more about our delivery service at fietskoeriers.nl
- We do not rent outside of The Netherlands yet.
Return your rental; hope you made some great memories
Four days before the love affair between you and your rental ends, you get an automatic reminder about your return.
Step 1: Go to our returns portal
Step 2: Pick a carrier and make sure to ship your rental at the last day of your booking.
Step 3: No need to print the label (with UPS). Do remove all old labels!
Step 3: Have your parcel picked up (OMG) or go to your nearest parcel shop.
Voila, easy is that.
For every day returned late - because of your fault - we ask for a 50 euros late return fee. We do this to make sure that everyone gets their rental in time. For any questions please contact us at email@example.com
