No we don't require you to pay a deposit before you start renting. We trust on the honesty of our community to pay when there occures any damage to the clothes.
For us it is a big investment to offer all sizes. That is why decided to only offer 36 and 38 right now. We hope to add more sizes soon.
Firstly, renting itself is a sustainable business model. We select brands with care. Most of them do take responsibility for our environment. For example they produce locally, use sustainable fabrics or account for labor conditions. However renting it is still new to many people. That is why we want to offer brands that our customers love, so they tend to try rental more easy.
We offer 4-14-30 days reservations. For winter coats we offer 30 and 60 days.
The 4 day reserve period is recommended for an event. Have your rental scheduled to start 1-2 days prior to the event to ensure you have plenty of time to create the perfect look. Think of it in this way:
Day 1: receive your rental Day 2: find the perfect shoes and accessories for the item. Day 3: wear your item to the event Day 4: Have you rental picked-up or dropped-off for return
14 days is great for a business trip, holiday or when you know you don't have time to return in 14 days.
We recommend 30 days for winter coats or if you want to wear an outfit multiple times.
Find It: Filter by designer, size and occasion and more to find the best look.
Reserve It: Choose a delivery date. We recommend choosing a rental begin date two days before your event. Order Ships: 1-2 days before your rental begin date. You can follow your order in real-time so you know where it is every step of the way.
Try it on: does your rental not fit? the first two replacements are on us.
Easy Returns: Returns are free and easy! Place items in the provided packaging, make sure to remove all old labels. Register you return at our portal and have it picked-up at home or drop-off yourself at a DHL or UPS service point.
Dry cleaning we will handle.
You can book a reservation up to 3 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event. We need about a day to prepare your order, so you can make a reservation one day in advance.

Your order will ship 1-2 days before your rental begin date. Once it's shipped, you can track your order in real-time.
Be sure to try on everything the moment your order arrives. If items don't fit, the first two replacements are on us. We will do everything in our power to make sure you will get a replacement in time.
Orders typically ship out 1-2 days before your rental begin date. Your order will be delivered by 10pm local time on the first day of your rental period. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
We know that fit can be very nerve-wracking. That is why we have several options to make life easier for you. We have different models with measurements included. So, you can compare your size and see if it will be a fit. Where possible we provide measurements or size advice about the clothing. We are working hard to add customer reviews about Size & Fit. And you can always send us a message with questions about sizes. We will try to respond asap.
We know it can be an exciting challenge to learn all of the different designers and sizing as you experiment with your new rotating closet. When you're renting your wardrobe, not every style will be perfect - and that's ok!
The first two times you rent with us; you may replace items that don’t fit for free (worth €14,40). Send us an email at email@example.com and we can replace it with something new of your choice. You can choose replacements during the first two days of your rental period but be sure to choose a replacement as soon as possible in order to meet our shipping cut-off times.
After two times you will be charged only the shipping costs (€14,40)for every replacement order.
Items can also be returned instead of replaced. As stated above, the first two times you rent with us replacements are on us. After your first 2 times a €7,20 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We know that returning a package can be a hassle. So that is why we made the process very easy for you. 1. Days before the booking period ends. Go to our returnportal 2. Register your return. You decide if you want your parcel to be picked-up or drop-off yourself. For UPS no need to print the label 3. Remove all old labels from the box and put your rental inside. 4. Make sure the rental is on it's way on or before the last day of your booking.
Unfortunately, orders returned to us late have a domino effect. When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on wearing that style no longer can.
In order to ensure all customers have an exceptional experience, late fee(s) of up to €50 per day will be charged to your payment method of file for each rental that is not returned on time.
If you have not returned a rental item within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Circle Closet will charge your payment method on file the then current "to buy" price + tax for each item minus previously paid late fees and sales tax.
You'll hear from us! We'll send you an email when we receive your order back at our HQ (typically 2-3 days after sending it).
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. Damages up to €100,- are covered within the rental fee. However, significant damage, loss of the item, and theft aren't covered under the wear and tear fees. If the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, you may be responsible to buy the item from us for the current Circle Closet price.
