Only the knots keep the bag together, pull on them occasionally to keep them tight. Don't overload the bag. Hand wash it with a light detergent.

Return this item within 24 hours and you'll receive a part-money, part-credit refund.

When will I receive my item?

Items are shipped out 2 days in advance. In the rare case that the item arrives past your booking date, the 5 euro Delivery Protection Fee has you covered.

What if I damage my item?

Your rental covers up to 40 euros in wear and tear damages.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if we can arrange a substitute item for you. Any difference in price between the items will not be settled.

Alternatively, we can give you a part refund and a part store credit (50/50). Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Please make sure you let us know on the start day of the rental and send it back to us within 24 hours to be eligible for our policy.

Delivery

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an e-mail from the carrier allowing you to track & trace your item.

From here you can also change the delivery address, to for instance a pick-up point, if you're not home at the time of delivery.

Return

Before the end of your booking you will receive an automatic email (check your spam) reminding you to return the item(s). A return label will be included in your shipment.

We hope that you treat any items like they are yours. However, should anything happen, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and work towards a solution. Our items are covered for normal wear and tear up to 40 euros. For any amounts above this amount, we reserve the right to charge you the day rate of the item.
